Children are the future. And so, we need to look after them.
In this ever rapidly moving society we never have time, everything is expected of us and we struggle with our health and day-to-day occurrences. As a result, we sometimes don’t have the time to be with our family; to have quality time for each other, our son or our daughter.
Being active together, having fun and relaxing! All possible, during this parent-child yoga lesson. Be a child again briefly and focus on each other. We finish with a delicious cup of tea or fruit juice.
