The world is changing faster than ever. Established businesses are opening the way to promising start-ups, self-managing teams are making management functions unnecessary and the consumer will only become a customer if you can offer immediate support.
Who is in charge? What does leadership look like in this chaotic future? Do we actually need leaders?
In ‘Leadership of the Future’, we learn how to build and lead a company together, just as a pilot learns to do so in a flying simulator. The only thing that is certain, is that we are going to fly. That’s it. Other than that, we’re really curious to see how you’ll react if one of the four motors fail. In a team, you will design and build your own organisation. In three hours, we will test how future-proof your company is by subjecting it to the most difficult issues that Nederland Ltd is likely to face in the coming one hundred years. What strategic choices will you make? What influence does this have on your operational processes, your staff and the way in which you are structured?
Dear Future, are our participants prepared for what you’ll send our way?
